The new package includes a quasi 1-D model of non-linear electrophoresis with variable cross-sectional area channels. Users can define desired variation in channel cross-section and visualize it on the graphical user interface.
The current package includes both the source code and the compiled version. The source code is compatible with any operating system (32 and 64 bit). The compiled version is provided for windows 32 bit.
